Sunday. Wake up. Art supply stock up. Treasured friend. Rhubarb and blue cheese tart. Computer. Leave home with dog. Return home with dog and stick. Family time. Layer cake. Boutique ice cream. Sweet dreams.

Monday. Sudden urge to get back into running.

      Very convenient! Tested it out Monday night. Didn't help my sore, unfit leggies the next day though.
